The Los Gatos Youth Commission worked with the Town to pass an updated Food Service Ware Ordinance. On April 19, 2022, Town Council approved the ordinance which bans certain single-use disposable food ware and packaging such as plates, cutlery, cups, lids, straws, and other containers.
